Duncan Pym is a music producer, writer and mix engineer. He started his career as an assistant engineer for Miloco studios and later became in-house at The Church Studios under Paul Epworth. This work saw Duncan on sessions with artists including London Grammar, Mary J Blige, Dido, JP Cooper and Jay Electronica.
Duncan also engineered for Beats 1 radio on Apple Music at Tileyard London, recording radio content with an extensive list of presenters and artists - including Zane Lowe, Nile Rogers, Mark Ronson, Charli XCX, Christine and The Queens and Stormzy.
With a wealth of experience engineering in recording studios behind him, Duncan has produced, written and mixed for upcoming artists, working particularly closely with Ivor Novello award-winning artist Mysie - having produced her debut EP ‘Chapter 11’ and follow up singles. Duncan has also produced songs for Litany on her Single Player Mode EP including the track My Dude, which has gained over 18 million steams and was track of the week on BBC Radio 1.
Duncan also has production and mixing credits spanning Jolé, Mariella, Nia Wyn, Julia Church, Carrie Baxter, Emma See, Vi0let, Blánid, Sukie, Tadhg Daly and Jack Kane - achieving plays on Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, 1Xtra, Radio X and playlist features including New Music Friday, Altar, License to Chill and The Most Beautiful Songs in the World.
Duncan has recently been working in the studio with a selection of upcoming artists, including Caity Baser, Latir, Connie Campsie, Kai Bosch, Reuben Aziz, Loie and Erica Manzoli.
